ADHD doesn’t have to control your life.

Are you procrastinating right now?

Then you need to grab my FREE guide on 5 ways to combat procrastination!

Hi, I'm Berkeley!

I’m an ADHD coach and I can help you navigate a path forward with your ADHD.

I’ve worked with students with ADHD for more than 25 years, and have developed proven frameworks to help ADHD-ers identify their strengths, and craft strategies to manage challenges like timeblindness and executive dysfunction, all while living their best lives.

I know how difficult having adult ADHD can be. Like 8 million other Americans, I have ADHD too.

I know firsthand how it feels - the good and the bad - and by working WITH how your brain works, instead of against it, ADHD can be your superpower.

  • “Your suggestions are so insightful and helpful. I feel like I immediately received a direction to move towards. I know it won’t be an immediate process, which is why I started now. But I finally feel like I have been pointed in the correct direction. When you announced your practice, it felt like an answer to a prayer. I knew you were the one that could make a difference. Because I know you understand - the diagnosis, busy lives, expectations - all of it.”

  • “I wanted to call you to tell you that I actually got an even bigger raise than I’d asked for. Thank you so much for the work we had done with communication and with building confidence. It made all the difference!”

  • “We want to thank you for another year of your support! You and our son make a great team! You remain positive and share your “don’t give up, let’s try something else” attitude with him, which is such a gift. You two clearly have an open, trusting relationship, and we don’t want to disturb it. You let us know when we need to step in and we so appreciate the trust we have in you to do that. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

  • "I reached out to Berkeley during the COVID pandemic because I am now working from home with my kids and husband all at home too. It has been so hard to find motivation and to stay organized. Her coaching has really helped me be patient with myself when things are hard. I also understand my brain better and know what motivates me and how to manage my time better. I don't get it perfect, but now I am much better at telling myself that it's ok and that I am working on it."

  • "I was new to ADHD Coaching and didn't know what to expect. I didn't realize how much having a coach would transform my ability to manage my time, tackle projects at work that I had been avoiding, and keep up with my keys, cell phone, and other things. Berkeley's help has been life changing."

  • Thank you, Thank you Berkeley! Our son texted the family about using his accommodations for his exam and he seemed quite proud of it. He seems to be in a good place right now, and that makes me VERY happy. Thanks so much for reaching out and for EVERYTHING you do for him. I will say it again, you are a gift!!!!
